Akademicki Ośrodek Inicjatyw Artystycznych (AOIA) to miejska instytucja kultury powstała w 2005 r. z połączenia Akademickiego Ośrodka Kultury i legendarnego Teatru 77. Działalność Ośrodka koncentruje się na aktywizacji społeczności akademickiej w przestrzeni związanej z kulturą i sztuką.

Od 2005 r. młodzi twórcy znajdują w AOIA opiekę i pomoc w różnorodnych artystycznych realizacjach.  Wychodzimy z założenia, że opłaca się inwestować w młodych artystów, gdyż bez nich – bez ich zaangażowania, bez szczególnej wrażliwości, bez czynników rozwijających świadomą obecność we współczesnej kulturze, nasze działania nie miałyby sensu. Promujemy innowacyjność, kreatywność i pomysłowość, a także ogromny entuzjazm, jaki niezmiennie towarzyszy inicjatywom młodzieżowym. Regularnie współpracujemy z największymi łódzkimi ośrodkami życia akademickiego: Uniwersytetem  Łódzkim, Akademią Sztuk Pięknych, Państwową Wyższą Szkołą Filmową, Telewizyjną i Teatralną, Wyższą Szkołą Sztuki i Projektowania, prywatnymi szkołami wyższymi oraz organizacjami pozarządowymi i innymi podmiotami działającymi w sferze kultury i sztuki.

Serdecznie zapraszamy młodych twórców zainteresowanych organizowaniem wydarzeń kulturalnych wspólnie z Akademickim Ośrodkiem Inicjatyw Artystycznych. Dysponujemy niezbędnym zapleczem merytorycznym i technicznym. Ośrodek angażuje wykładowców sztuk, instruktorów oraz osoby prowadzące warsztaty rękodzielnicze. Doskonale wyposażona sala widowiskowa z mobilną sceną i widownią, dwie przestrzenie wystawiennicze (Galeria Foyer i Kawiarnia), a także mała sala, w której odbywać się mogą próby i działania teatralne, baletowe itd. pozwalają realizować wyznaczone cele.

Monika Kamieńska – absolwentka filologii polskiej UŁ. Z wykształcenia pedagog, manager kultury, trenerka - z zamiłowania działaczka społeczna. Była nauczycielką, szkoleniowcem, dyrektorką Pałacu Młodzieży im. J. Tuwima. Aktywnie działa na rzecz kultury i edukacji a także na rzecz Kobiet. Nagrodzona za pracę medalem: "Zasłużony dla Kultury Polskiej" oraz medalem KEN, Nagrodą Prezydenta Miasta Łodzi.

Współpracowała z teatrami instytucjonalnymi i alternatywnymi. Od 14 lat związana z Teatrem Powszechnym w Łodzi. W AOIA prowadzi młodzieżową grupę teatralną oraz zajmuje się projektami i inicjatywami z obszaru teatru.

• Klaudia Gawin – instruktor do spraw programowych – ukończyła druk na tkaninie na Wydziale Tkaniny i Ubioru łódzkiej ASP, a także Uniwersytet Ludowy Rzemiosła Artystycznego w Woli Sękowej (dyplom z ceramiki i tkactwa) gdzie zdobyła dyplom czeladnika wyrobów artystycznych i użytkowych oraz tytuł instruktora rękodzieła.
  W Ośrodku zajmuję się przede wszystkim prowadzeniem warsztatów z ceramiki: „Ceramika jest bliższa memu sercu, wrażliwości i potrzebie obcowania z naturą. Glina uczy cierpliwości, pokory i otwartości. Pokazuje że nie nad wszystkim jesteśmy w stanie w życiu panować i nie wszystko kontrolować czerpiąc z tego radość. Ceramiką zajmuję się na co dzień, prowadzę warsztaty z osobami dorosłymi w Akademickim Ośrodku Inicjatyw Artystycznych w Łodzi oraz we własnej pracowni. Pracuję również z osobami po kryzysach psychicznych. Zajmuję się również własną pracą twórczą.”

  Academic Centre of Artistic Initiative was founded in 2005, adopting some of the long-standing exp eriences of the Łódź “77” theatre (the Centre has its seat in a renovated building previously belonging to the theatre.)

As a relatively young institution, ACAI creates its history and tradition by developing new and original forms of active participation in cultural activity.

The Centre co-operates with many artistic groups that have found their place here: there is a theatre, a cabaret, a song theatre, a dance theatre, an English-speaking theatre, and a team of illusionists. There is also a Study of Contemporary Music, the only such study in our country so far.

ACAI is the originator, the director or one of the organizers of many events of both local and international significance: the annual festival CROSSROADS-Łódź, Łódź Cabaret Meetings or Łódź Theatre Meetings; it also hosted the Festival of Disabled People’s Creativity, “Therapy and Theatre,” and many other festivals and events. Thanks to its cooperation with numerous institutions, universities and organizations, the Centre’s programme offer is comprehensive and addressed to an audience of any age and of varied expectations.

At its disposal, the Centre has a professional stage where various artists, groups, and both amateur and professional teams can perform. The stage also hosts concerts, authors’ meetings, exhibitions of fine arts, and cyclic exhibitions (e.g. a travel series, contemporary art exhibitions, or folk music meetings).

It is also here that one can develop their passion for artistic crafts (pottery, stained glass, mosaic, or jewellery workshops in our workroom) or improve their skills in voice, dance or drama workshops.

Apart from a range of programmes targeting adult participants and audiences, the Centre also offers activities addressed specifically to the young and their tutors, such as the permanent project of “a pedagogical lesson,” which combines education through art with didactics and psychology, both supported by the Drama method.

The Centre, whose very name defines its profile, has always been driven by its desire to support, develop and promote all artistic and cultural initiatives, as well as share the results of such activities, thus making its contribution to the cultural education of Łódź circles.

  Das Akademische Zentrum der Künstlerishen Initiativen (der AOIA) ist eine städtische Institution von Kultur, die 2005, aus der Verbindung des Akademischen Kulturzentrums und des legendären Theaters 77, entstand. Die Tätigkeit des Zentrums ist konzentriert darauf, die Universitätsgesellschaft im Kultur- und Kunstraum zu aktivieren.

Seit 2005 finden die jungen Schöpfer im AOIA die Betreuung und Hilfe bei ihren vielfältigen künstlerischen Realisationen. Wir gehen davon aus, dass es sich lohnt, in den jungen Künstlern zu investieren, weil ohne sie- ohne deren Engagement, ohne die besondere Sensibilität, ohne die Faktoren, die die bewusste Anwesenheit in der gegenwärtigen Kultur entfalten- unsere Handlungen keinen Sinn hätten. Wir promoten Innovativität, Kreativität und Ideenreichheit, sowie den ungeheuren Enthusiasmus, von dem die Jugendinitiativen unveränderlich begleitet werden. Wir arbeiten regelmäßig mit den größten Zentren des Universitäts-Lebens zusammen. Unsere Partner sind: Lodzer Universität, die Akademie der schönen Künste, die Staatliche Hochschule für  Film, Fernsehen und Theater, die Hochschule für Kunst und Gestaltung, Privathochschulen und Außerregierungsorganisationen und andere im Bereich der Kultur und Kunst tätige Subjekte.

Wir laden herzlich alle jungen Schöpfer zur Mitarbeit in der Organisation von Kulturereignissen. Wir verfügen über alle unentbehrlichen inhaltlichen und technischen  Werkstattmittel. Das Zentrum engagiert die Hochschullehrer für Kunst, die verschiedenen Ausbilder und Personen, die die Bildungstreffen im Kunsthandwerk führen. Ein perfekt ausgestatteter Zuschauerraum mit einer Drehbühne und einem beweglichen Schauplatz, zwei Austellungsräume (Foyergalerie und Café), sowie ein kleiner Saal, wo Proben und Theaterhandlungen stattfinden können, ermöglichen die Verwirklichung der festgelegten Ziele.

   Centre Académique d'Initiatives Artistiques (AOIA) à Lodz est une institution culturelle municipale  fondée en 2005 par la fusion du Centre Académique de Culture et du légendaire Théâtre 77. Les activités du Centre se concentrent sur l'activation de la communauté académique dans le domaine de l'art et de la culture.

Depuis 2005, les jeunes artistes trouvent à l'AOIA de l'aide et de l'assistance dans la réalisation de leurs projets artistiques différents. Nous créons qu'il est rentable d'investir dans de jeunes artistes, car sans eux - sans leur engagement, sans leur sensibilité particulière et sans facteurs dévéloppant la présence consciente dans la culture moderne, nos actions ne seraient pas logiques. Nous promouvons l'innovation, la créativité et l'invention, et un énorme enthousiasme qui accompagne immanquablement des initiatives de jeunes. Nous collaborons régulièrement avec grands centres universitaires de Lodz: l'Université de Lodz, l'Académie des Beaux-Arts, l'École Nationale Supérieure du Film, de la Télévision et du Théâtre, l'École de l'Art et du Design, des universités privées et des organisations non gouvernementales et d'autres entités actives dans le domaine de la culture et l'art.

Nous invitons cordialement des jeunes artistes intéressés à organiser des événements culturels en collaboration avec le Centre Académique d'Initiatives Artistiques. Nous disposons d'équipements techniques nécessaires. Notre Centre emploie professeurs d'art, instructeurs et personnes menant des ateliers d'artisanat. Une sale de spectacle entièrement équipée avec une scène mobile, deux espaces d'exposition (Galerie du Foyer et le Café) et une petite salle où peuvent se tenir des répétitions de pièces du théâtre et de ballet, etc., nous permettent d'atteindre nos objectifs.
